Recent changes to FL Statute 718.111 now require proof of personal homeowners insurance be provided to the association. In addition, there were other changes that you should discuss with your personal insurance agent to assure compliance.

In the next month, maintenance will pressure wash the garage. Please be alert for notices posted in the lobby: you will be asked to remove your vehicles from under the building that day.

The west lobby door has been defective since installation. The association is seeking a remedy and in the meantime, be sure the door closes behind you.

We can save electricity by keeping the lobby heat off. A cover has been installed for the thermostat.
